For your safety and the best results, we use only branded, high-grade products. We take hygiene and sanitation standards seriously and follow all precautions for quality service. You can be confident that you will have an amazing experience at M’ilan Nail Lounge.

To ensure mutual convenience for both our clients and the salon, we have established the following policies:

  • Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail tech before receiving any services.
  • We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will do our best to address any issues you may have with the service itself.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.
  • If you have health issues, such as diabetes, please communicate this to the technician prior to service.
  • If you come with children, we request that you take care of them.
  • If you are unsure or unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note that we are nail professionals, not podiatrists. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, if you have an ingrown toenail, we suggest seeing a podiatrist.
